個人情報保護方針

弊社は登録者の氏名・生年月日・住所等の個人情報の保護に関し、以下の取組みを実施いたしております。

１．　弊社は、個人情報に関する法令およびその他の規範を遵守し、登録者の大切な個人情報の保護に万全を尽くします。

２．　弊社は、登録者の個人情報については、下記の目的の範囲内で適正に取り扱いさせていただきます。
・ご本人確認、ご利用サービスの停止・中止・契約解除の通知並びにその他弊社サービスの提供に係ること
・電話、電子メール、郵送等各種媒体により、弊社のサービスに関する通知・アンケート調査等を行うこと
・弊社のサービスの改善又は新たなサービスの開発のためのフィードバック調査を行うこと
・お問い合わせ、ご相談にお答えすることなお、上記利用目的の他、サービス・アンケート等により個別に利用目的を定める場合があります。

３．　弊社は、登録者の個人情報を適正に取扱うため、社内規程および社内管理体制の整備、従業員の教育、並びに、個人情報への不正アクセスや個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏洩等防止に関する適切な措置を行い、また、その見直しを継続して図ることにより、個人情報の保護に努めてまいります。

４．　弊社は、登録者の個人情報については、上記利用目的を達成するため、業務委託先又は提携先に預託する場合がございます。その場合は、個人情報の保護が十分に図られている企業を選定し、個人情報保護の契約を締結する等必要かつ適切な処置を実施いたします。なお、法令等に基づき裁判所・警察機関などの公的機関から開示の要請があった場合については、当該公的機関に提供することがございます。

５．　弊社では、登録者の個人情報の保護を図るために、また、法令その他の規範の変更に対応するために、プライバシーポリシーを改定する事がございます。改定があった場合はホームページにてお知らせいたします。

ALOBE Ltd. implements the following efforts to protect registrants’ personal data, such as names, birth dates, addresses.

1. ALOBE Ltd. takes all possible measures to protect registrants’ important personal data by complying with the law and other regulations concerning personal data.

2. ALOBE Ltd. will properly handle the registrants’ personal data within the limitations of the following purposes.
･Issues concerning identity verification, notifications of abortion/abatement/ disbandment of the contract of services being utilized, and/or any matters which affect the provision of services by ALOBE Ltd.
･Making notifications and/or conducting surveys concerning services provided by ALOBE Ltd. via various mediums such as the telephone, e-mail, and posting.
･Conducting feedback researches for improvement and/or development of new services provided by ALOBE Ltd.
･Answering inquiries and consultations

In addition to the above purposes, ALOBE Ltd. may determine utilization purposes according to services and surveys.

3. ALOBE Ltd. ensures the protection of personal data by maintaining the company regulations and management system, as well as educating its employees. ALOBE Ltd. will take appropriate measures concerning the prevention of unauthorized access to personal data, as well as their loss, destruction, falsification, and/or leakage. The abovementioned prevention measures will be promoted continuously for the protection of personal data.

4. ALOBE Ltd. may deposit the registrants’ personal data to subcontracting companies and/or business partners to fulfill the abovementioned purposes. In the event of this occuring, ALOBE Ltd. will select companies that seek to fully protect personal data, and will carry out necessary and appropriate measures such as concluding contracts of personal data protection. Furthermore, ALOBE Ltd. may supply the registrants’ personal data to public institutions such as the court of law and/or police organizations if and when requested to disclose the data from aforementioned public institutions by law or ordinance.

5. ALOBE Ltd. may revise privacy policies in efforts to protect the registrants’ personal data and accommodate changes in laws or other regulations. If any changes occur, notifications will be posted in ALOBE Ltd.’s website.
